It was never known to the citizens of Bangalore that they have a facility of using a single pass for traveling in BMTC Bus as well as Metro Services.

It is really strange that even the BMTC executives also don't know about this service. When they were asked about whether a passenger can travel in BMTC bus as well as Metro Train using a single daily bus pass, they told that they don't have information on this.
When asked about this service of daily bus pass mentioned on the website BMTC Website , the answer they gave sounds irresponsible, it must be a misprint, let us check with our team, they told.
